A new way of living and working in nursing homes, known as “Culture Change”, addresses all aspects of quality of care – rethinking values and care practices that benefit all who are involved in the nursing home culture: residents, staff, management and families. Culture Change (also called person-centered care or resident-directed care) creates a “home” where residents want to live and staff are proud to work.
Please take the time to learn more about Culture Change, and do whatever you can to spread the word - be part of the force that makes Culture Change a reality!
“Old age has its pleasures, which though different,
are not less than the pleasures of youth.”
W. Somerset Maugham (1892-1973)
